The DE-16 is equipped with the 10th generation of innovative DDD sensors, achieving industry-leading resolution and flexible, seamless display in a 4k x 4k field of view. The DE-16 features 6.5μm pixels optimized for excellent resolution (MTF) across a wide range of magnifications and exposure rates. It is our most versatile direct detection TEM camera, characterized by continuous streaming at up to 60 frames per second, enabling TEM experiments that were previously impossible with direct detectors. This flexibility and cutting-edge sensor technology provide industry-leading resolution for use in materials science or biology applications such as insitu, 4D STEM, electron diffraction, holography, DTEM, and EELS. The DE-16 offers speeds unmatched by other cameras in narrow areas and can be used for numerous applications on the same equipment. In addition to the integrated Faraday plate, users can access full-frame streaming at up to 92 frames per second or select smaller areas to read at significantly higher frame rates (128 x 128 @ 4,237 fps).
